This policy applies to Guangxi Xingxiong Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”), our websites www.spansoda.cn and spansoda.cn, and the Qite Xiong Esports (formerly DouDouMiao) web and mobile applications.

To provide accounts, orders, payments, support and security we may collect account identifiers, WeChat authorization data, phone number, order content, payment results (not full bank-card numbers), device and log data, and content you submit.
2. How we use it
- To fulfil bookings, notifications and after-sales service;
- To verify payments and prevent fraud;
- To respond to support and privacy requests;
- To meet legal and audit obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary with payment providers, cloud vendors and messaging channels under contract. We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Storage
Data is stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China, kept only as long as needed for the service, disputes and legal duties, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Personalized recommendations
We do not provide profile-based personalized content or targeted advertising. Listings follow the category, search and orders you choose. There is no in-app switch to turn off personalized ads because we do not run that feature. Device identifiers are not used to serve targeted ads to you.
7. Children
The service is only for users aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 must not register, place orders, or use coaching/escort services. If we learn a user is under 18, we will stop the service and delete the account. We also specially protect personal data of children under 14 and will delete it if collected in error.
